You can cancel your membership at any time. Here’s how:
Find your billing provider
Check your signup confirmation email or credit card statement to identify which billing processor handles your subscription:
Cancel online
- Visit your billing provider’s website
- Look for “Cancel” or “Manage Subscription”
- Enter your email address and/or member ID
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
What you need
- The email address you signed up with
- Your member ID (found in your welcome email)
After cancellation
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made
- You can rejoin anytime in the future
Important timing
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to ensure the cancellation processes in time.
