What to include in your request
- Your current registered email address
- Your username (if known)
- The new email address you want to use
Processing time
Email change requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive confirmation at both your old and new email addresses once the change is complete.
Important notes
- Make sure you have access to both your old and new email addresses
- Billing notifications will be sent to your new email after the change
- Your login credentials will remain the same unless you request a password reset
