How do I change my email address?

To change the email address associated with your account, you’ll need to contact our support team.

What to include in your request

  • Your current registered email address
  • Your username (if known)
  • The new email address you want to use

Processing time

Email change requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive confirmation at both your old and new email addresses once the change is complete.

Important notes

  • Make sure you have access to both your old and new email addresses
  • Billing notifications will be sent to your new email after the change
  • Your login credentials will remain the same unless you request a password reset
