How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account and personal data, contact our support team.

What to include in your request

  • Your username or registered email address
  • A clear statement that you want your account deleted

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account will be permanently deactivated
  • Your personal data will be removed from our systems
  • Any active subscription will need to be cancelled separately through your billing provider
  • This action cannot be undone

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days. You’ll receive confirmation once complete.

Note on cancellation vs deletion

Deleting your account is different from cancelling your subscription. If you only want to stop future charges but keep your account, see our cancellation guide instead.
