My payment failed, what do I do?

Payment failures can happen for various reasons. Here’s how to resolve them.

Common causes

  • Insufficient funds - Check your account balance
  • Card expired - Update your payment method
  • Bank decline - Your bank may have blocked the transaction
  • Incorrect details - Verify your card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • International restrictions - Some banks block international transactions

How to fix

Update your payment method

Contact your billing provider to update your card details:
