Can I get a refund?

We want you to be satisfied with your membership.

Our policy

Refunds are generally not issued for partially used subscription periods. Once you’ve accessed member content, the subscription is considered used.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevented access to content
  • Unauthorized charges (fraud)
  • Duplicate billing errors

How to request

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide your username or registered email
  3. Explain the reason for your request
  4. Include any relevant details (dates, error messages, etc.)

Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Preventing future charges

If you want to stop future charges, make sure to cancel your subscription. See our cancellation guide for instructions.
