Our policy
Refunds are generally not issued for partially used subscription periods. Once you’ve accessed member content, the subscription is considered used.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevented access to content
- Unauthorized charges (fraud)
- Duplicate billing errors
How to request
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your username or registered email
- Explain the reason for your request
- Include any relevant details (dates, error messages, etc.)
Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
